Weather ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Weather mobile application for Android. This policy explains how information is processed when you use the App.
1) Summary
- - Location is used to fetch weather for your city or GPS position.
- - Saved cities and preferences are stored on your device.
- - The free App includes ads through Google AdMob.
- - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may collect usage and crash data.
- - We do not sell personal information.
2) Information we collect
- - Location — coarse or fine location when you enable GPS detection
- - Saved cities — city names and coordinates you choose to save
- - Device data — via AdMob and Firebase for ads, analytics, and crash reporting
Weather data is fetched from OpenWeatherMap. Your queries may include city name or coordinates.
3) Third-party services
- - OpenWeatherMap — weather forecasts and current conditions
- - Google AdMob — banner and interstitial advertising
- - Firebase — analytics and crash reporting
4) Permissions
- - Internet and network state — fetch weather and show ads
- - Location — optional GPS weather detection

- - Boot completed — resume background refresh after reboot
