• - Workout history, health metrics, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• - The free App includes ads through Google AdMob.
• - We do not sell your personal information.

2) Information we collect

On-device data: completed workouts, calories, duration, feel ratings, weekly goals, gender, date of birth, weight, height, BMI, reminder settings, and app preferences stored in local SQLite.

Third-party data: Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to show and measure ads.

3) How we use information

• - Provide workout plans, timers, voice guidance, history, and reports
• - Schedule optional workout reminders on your device
• - Show ads in the free App
• - Improve app performance and comply with legal obligations

4) Permissions

• - Internet — ads and optional online features
• - Notifications / alarms — workout reminders
• - Storage (legacy Android) — exports where applicable

5) Data retention and deletion

Local data remains until you clear app data, use Restart Progress in settings, or uninstall the App. Ad partner data is retained per their policies.
