When contacting support, include:

  • - Device model and OS version (iOS or Android)
  • - App version (shown in Settings → About)
  • - Short description of the issue
  • - Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

Common help topics

1) Gallery or saved artwork missing

  • - Gallery data is stored locally on your device — it is not synced to a cloud account.
  • - If you uninstalled the App or cleared app data, saved artwork may be removed.
  • - Check that you are using the same device where you originally saved your work.

2) Export or save to Photos not working

  • - Confirm Photos / media library permission is enabled for ColorDood in device settings.
  • - On iOS: Settings → ColorDood → Photos → allow access.
  • - On Android: Settings → Apps → ColorDood → Permissions → Photos and media.
  • - Try restarting the App after granting permission.

3) Ads or unlock features

  • - ColorDood is free and supported by ads through Google AdMob.
  • - Some premium pages, tools, palettes, sounds, or exports can be unlocked by watching optional rewarded videos.
  • - Ensure you have a stable internet connection when loading ads.
  • - You can limit ad tracking in your device privacy settings.

4) Daily reminders

  • - Reminders are scheduled locally on your device — no push notification servers are used.
  • - Enable notifications for ColorDood in device settings if reminders are not appearing.
  • - You can disable reminders anytime in App settings.

5) Ambient sounds not playing

  • - Toggle ambient sound on from the header or in Settings → Sound.
  • - Check that your device is not in silent mode (iOS) or that media volume is turned up.
  • - Force close and reopen the App if audio stops unexpectedly.

6) Canvas or coloring issues

  • - Use pinch to zoom and the hand tool to pan when zoomed in.
  • - Toggle Inside / Free mode in the tool dock if strokes behave unexpectedly.
  • - Use undo/redo in the canvas header if you make a mistake.
  • - Restart the App if a page fails to load.

7) Data deletion request

ColorDood does not use accounts. To delete App-related data, uninstall ColorDood or clear its storage from your device settings. You can also delete individual gallery items inside the App.
