Common help topics

1) Login issues

  • - Ensure you are using the correct email/password.
  • - Check your internet connection.
  • - Restart the app and try again.

2) Meal plan generation errors

  • - Confirm you are logged in.
  • - Check internet connectivity.
  • - Try again after a few minutes if the service is busy.

3) App not syncing

  • - Force close and reopen the app.
  • - Confirm stable network access.
  • - Make sure app permissions are enabled where needed.

4) Camera / photo permissions

  • - Open device settings > CalSpire > Permissions.
  • - Enable Camera/Photos/Microphone only if you want those features.
